Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Experience:

12 months of role experience is required.

12 months of travel experience is required.

Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a license in hand at the time of application.

This role may require floating to additional units and locations

Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.

COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Block scheduling can be requested, but is not guaranteed. Please make any block scheduling requests upon submission.

Call Requirements On Call 1 weekend a month 11:30pm-7am following weekend shift worked.

Weekends: Weekend requirements are every other weekend 3pm-11:30pm.

1 Holiday requirement Thanksgiving or Christmas 2:30pm-11pm

Fluoroscopy and surgery experience preferred.

Scrub Color - Charcoal Gray

Maximum days off: 5 days
