    CARROLL Leasing Consultants are the first impression to all prospective and current residents in the community. The ideal candidate for this role seeks opportunities to provide excellent customer service and takes the initiative while while remaining flexible to meet the day-to-day needs in the community.

    You will

    • Be the face of your community. You will greet all visitors, current and prospective residents, with a warm smile and friendly handshake, not from behind a desk.
    • Offer a professional, yet friendly, atmosphere in the leasing center/clubhouse and any other areas where prospective residents and current residents might interact with them.
    • Ensure all models and market readies are inspected daily prior to showing in order to ensure their quality appearance.
    • Treat all visitors, current and prospective residents, with an excellent level of customer service.
    • Plan and oversee resident activities as requested by Property Manager
    • Complete all paperwork in a professional, accurate, and timely manner.
    • Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other Federal, State, and Local laws pertaining to Multi-Family Housing.
    • Take ownership of your community. You should inspect the property on a regular basis and address any deficiencies.

    You have

    • Valid Driver's License
    • Passion for serving others
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
    • 1-2 years related experience preferred
