Home Construction - Field Customer Service/Warranty Representative

Blandford Homes is a privately-owned Homebuilder that has been building quality homes for over 40 years in the Phoenix area.  We are looking for an experienced Customer Service/Warranty Representative who has excellent communication skills and well-rounded knowledge and experience with homebuilding, as well as some handyman experience to address minor repairs, as needed.  This position includes meeting directly with homeowners, reviewing their requests for repairs, and following up with the appropriate trade to complete warranty items.

We are looking for someone to represent our company in a professional and courteous manner, be a self starter, organized, honest, trustworthy, and attention to detail to ensure the satisfactory completion of all warranty items by trades in a timely manner. 

Salary is competitive with current market and based on employee's specific skill and experience level.
