Our Aluminum Manufacturing clientis seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the Production Department supporting Aluminum Production. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in production or manufacturing, and responsibility which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Carthage TN

Pay Range: $17P/H

Work schedule: 3rd shift, 9pm-7am

Whats the Job?

• Assist in the handling and transportation of aluminum materials.
  
• Load and unload materials onto machinery or buggies as needed.
  
• Operate basic machinery and equipment involved in aluminum production processes.
  
• Inspect aluminum products for defects and imperfections.
  
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production processes.
  

Whats Needed?

• Prior experience in manufacturing production, welding, construction or related.
  
• Must be able to pass drug screening.
  
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., push, pull, bend squat,
  
• Available to work on 3rd shift.
