    Role Overview:

    Sodexo Governmentis seeking aGeneral Manager 4 to support the food operations located inSilver Spring, MD.The General Manager is responsible for food quality & customer service in a retail environment.Candidates should be passionate, highly motivated, and enjoy client and customer interaction.The General Manager will provide leadership and supervision to the on-site food service staff and oversee the delivery of our contractual agreement with the client.

    What You'll Do:
    • have oversight of day-to-day dining operations;
    • ensure that we provide high quality food service;
    • implement Sodexo systems and programs, and oversee training of staff;
    • continuously evaluates service to ensure clientsatisfaction;
    • develop and maintain strong client and customer relationships; and
    • ensure Sodexo Standards are met
