The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) is a clinical leadership position. The ANM provides clinical supervision and coordinates unit clinical operations with other departmental disciplines under the direction of the Nurse Manager. The Assistant Nurse Manager has oversight accountability for patient care and nursing practice on their assigned shift and unit(s)
