A Southern California non-profit Medical Center is actively seeking an experience Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Staff Nurse to join their busy NICU

Known for providing exemplary pediatric care, this 350+ bed full-service hospital has earned the respect of their community. This hospital provides specialty services galore, including Pediatric Emergency Services, Surgical OR, Neonatology specialists, Oncology specialists, and more.

The NICU Registered Nurse will join a team who is dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care for all patients theyserve.

Reporting to the NICU Nurse Manager, the NICU Registered Nurse will be working night shift in a fast-past 90+ bed Level IV NICU. The NICU Registered Nurse will focus on providing excellent care to neonatal intensive care patients through the continuum of their stay. The NICU Registered Nurse will be involved in ensuring evidence-based care is provided to patients by assisting with quality improvement efforts.

This busy 45 bed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit will support the extremely busy birthing center, which performs over 4,500 annual deliveries. The NICU Nurse work with a multidisciplinary team of dedicated physicians, Nurse Management, Pharmacists, Nurse Practitioners, and Registered Nurses.
