    Lead Product Consultant

    Cognizant is looking for aLead Product Consultant (Duck Creek Policy)for developing customized product for our clients. The role is expected to drive technology discussions and analyze the current landscape for gaps in addressing business needs. Cognizant needs a motivated individual to challenge the status quo and provide thought leadership/best practices to enhance our current services and technologies.

    • Location: Charlotte - NC US (Remote)

    Roles & Responsibilities

    DUCK CREEK Lead BUSINESS ANALYST

    • Functional Leadership for the implementation of Duck Creek Policy, Managing and prioritizing a product backlog from inception through implementation
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements
    • Ability to provide expert guidance in the understanding of the insurance product and business needs of the customer and how to translate them into the product specifications for configuration
    • Interact professionally with a diverse group of program stakeholders from Business and IT
    • Ability to understand the business issues and data challenges of the customer and collaborate with the team to build and present solutions Lead meetings with stakeholders to determine priorities and critical path items necessary to achieve defined objectives
    • Collaborate with a cross-geography business and technical teams
    • Assist program management with identification of scope, progress, risks and collaborate with the team to implement mitigation plans that follow through to risk closure
    • P&C Insurance domain expertise (10+ years in the domain)
    • Duck Creek Policy product expertise (7+ years in the domain)
    • Business Analysis expertise (10+ years in the domain)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Proven leadership qualities such as conflict/issue resolution, critical thinking and ownership.
