  • Job Description

    Position Overview:

    The Aisle Master is responsible for transporting finished goods into the warehouse, maintaining accurate inventory records, and picking orders for customers.

    Responsibilities:
    • Drive Aisle Master forklift to unload items from conveyor
    • Put finished goods away in warehouse
    • Scan in assigned inventory items for accurate inventory
    • Pick releases for customers and stage product
    • Load trucks according to customer specification
    • Accurately report items loaded, unloaded, time, etc.
    • Place protective sheets and pads on unit loads and bands per instruction
    • Verify accuracy of product labeling
    • Create computer gernerated and manual Bill of Ladings when needed
    • Perform quality checks
    • General plant clean up
    • All other duties as assigned
    Qualifications:
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively
    • Ability to sit for extended periods of time on a forklift
    • Good communication skills
    • Basic communication skills
    • Mechanical aptitude
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment required
    • Willingness to work 2nd shift (Monday - Friday, 2pm-10pm) or 3rd shift (Sunday - Thursday, 10pm-6am) with some overtime/weekend work
    • Prior manufacturing experience is a plus, but no experience is required
    Compensation & Benefits:

    Starting pay ranges from $19.17-$22.00/hr, based on skills and experience. After probationary period, pay ranges from $23.73-$25.44/hr. In addition to a competitive wage, we offer a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, life, pension and 401(k).

    Division Description:

    The Folding Carton Division is an industry leading manufacturer of folding cartons for food, beverage, tissue, hardware, confectionary, and many other industries. Employing around 300 people, this facility designs, prints, and manufactures folding cartons, trays, and counter displays for a broad range of products and customers.
