The Emergency Department Assistant Nurse Manager will report directly to the Nurse Manager of the Emergency Department and would be responsible for supervising staff, assisting with hiring, mentoring all levels of staff and more. The Assistant RN Manager Emergency Department will assist in developing and implementing actions to obtain appropriate staff ratios.

The Assistant RN Manager Emergency Department will ideally hold their Bachelors Degree in Nursing and have 3 years of Emergency Services experience.
