Position Title: Machine Helper - 1st Shift

Wage: $16.00/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 7:00am 3:00pm


We are currently seeking a skilled Machine Helper to join our team in Greenville, WI. The primary responsibilities include operating machinery, packaging slitted rolls, preparing them for shipment, and providing support to other team members as needed. Machine Helper Responsibilities:

- Operate machinery

- Package slitted rolls, ensuring they are prepared for shipment according to specifications

- Wrap, label and palletize finished slit rolls from rewinder lines

- Band rolls to pallets

- Scan core tags and labels

- Wrap pallets with film and operate the pallet lift

- Load roll cores onto machines efficiently

- Assist in loading rolls of substrate onto machines when necessary

- Maintain clean work area

Requirements for Machine Helper:

- Previous manufacturing experience preferred

- Basic math skills, including the ability to read a ruler and work with fractions

- Able to lift up to 50lbs

- Able to reach and bend throughout shift

- Able to operate machinery safely and efficiently
