    PepsiCo recently announced plans to enter a business relationship with Boston Beer, where Boston Beer will develop and manufacture a new flavored malt beverage HARD MTN DEW. As part of the business arrangement PepsiCo has set up a new entity, Blue Cloud Distribution, Inc. (BCD) for wholesale operations of the product including selling, delivering, and merchandising the product. We are looking for talented and passionate team members to join the BCD team that will bring this exciting new product to market.

    This role is part of the GTM & Sales Field Team the is responsible for driving the sales and distribution of HARD MTN DEW within a specific field territory which will include ownership of the field sales and operations to ensure market penetration of this exciting new product. This position is responsible for providing relief support to multiple areas of the business not limited to sales, warehouse and merchandising.

    Position requires the following (to be completed with or without a reasonable accommodation): lifting and loading cases weighing from 20 - 45 pounds repeatedly over a 10--12-hour work period. Position also requires standing, walking, reaching, pushing, pulling, and squatting while merchandising product and requires unloading pallets of product from a delivery truck utilizing an electric pallet jack or hand truck. Position works across a wide variety of weather conditions.
    PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
    * Provide route coverage to Alcohol Sales Rep on an as needed basis which includes delivering products, managing truck inventory, executing promotions and interfacing with customers
    * Provide warehouse relief to Alcohol Warehouse Lead on an as needed basis which includes receiving inventory, loading trucks, completing audits and administrative tasks
    * Safely operate Powered Industrial Equipment ( e.g. forklift)
    * Provide merchandising support and ensure all accounts are merchandised to local standards
    * Adhere to all state and local alcohol related legislative requirements (training provided)
    * Report on issues related to the competitive market and offer constructive suggestions
    * Safely operate large, commercial motor vehicles (i.e. D10k) in a variety of operating areas and conditions (training provided)
    * Must be able to pass forklift certification
    * Travel within BCD territory could be occasionally required based on business needs (notice will be provided)
    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
    * Must be at least 21 years of age
    * Must possess a valid Driver's License and proof of insurance
    * Must have car or personal transportation to access multi-store locations within assigned territory
    * The role involves safely operating a small Commercial Motor Vehicle (greater than 10,000 lbs. but less than 26,000 lbs. -- D10K); must be able to obtain valid Driver's License and valid DOT Medical Card
    * Must be able to meet and maintain all company compliance and conformance expectations including but not limited to possessing adequate vehicle licensing credentials, and medical qualifications
    HELPFUL EXPERIENCE:
    * Experience using PC, iPad, and MS Office
    * Account selling experience, industry experience preferred
    * Experience with alcohol sales
    For positions that require use of a personal vehicle for a sales route, mileage reimbursement is provided.
