Shift: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience:

24 months of role experience is required.

24 months of Electrophysiology experience is required.

Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license in hand at the time of application.

This role will require floating to multiple units

Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.

COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.

Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Required: Recent EP experience. Conscious Sedation, Circulating, Monitoring and Scrubbing EP procedures.

Experience with running stimulator for ablations (will have rep to support with this). Must be able to do mapping during procedures as well.

No call required.

Ablation procedures (SVT, Afib, etc.), TEEs, Cardioversions, Tilt Tables and Devices (loop recorders, AICDs, permanent and temporary pacemakers, etc.).

WILL NOT be required to float to Cath Lab.

STV has Two EP labs. Procedures performed will include TEE, CV, Tilt table, Loop recorders ,PPM, ICD, ablations and EP studies.

ACLS Advanced Cardiac Life Support (preferred)

PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support (preferred)

CCRN Critical Care Registered Nurse (preferred)

PCCN Progressive Care Certified Nurse (preferred)

National Institute of Health (NIH) Stroke Certification (preferred)

RCIS Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (preferred)

RCES Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (preferred)

Education Bachelor of Science Nursing (preferred)

Work Experience 1 year RN experience in telemetry, critical care, cardiac cath lab, ER, or OR (required)

Critical Care Course (preferred)
