• Requires four (8) years of experience as a technician in heavy-duty truck or diesel vehicle maintenance or closely related experience; including two (2) years of lead work experience

• Possess and maintain a valid Commercial Driver's License Airbrake Endorsement

• Experience as a Transit or Intercity Trainer or Lead Mechanic

• Diesel Technical School Certification and or Associate or Bachelor's Degree in a field of study related commercial transport mechanics

• 1+ years experience and training on hybrid and/or electric bus system maintenance

• 5+ years experience and training on diesel exhaust gas recirculation and emissions system diagnostics, troubleshooting and maintenance

• EPA Section 609 Certification - Motor Vehicle Air Conditioning (MVAC)

• Transit Bus H Series ASE Certification (e.g. H1, H23, H3, H4, H5, H6, H7, H8)
