    The Position Specifics
    Taking on the role ofHostisnt just bacon and pancakes.The Snooze experience starts and ends with you!The responsibilities of this position include:

    • Maintain host stand, coffee station, and outside patioarea
    • Welcome each Guest into our home and thank them when theyleave
    • Seat each Guest in a timely manner and effectively manage the waitlistIpadsystem
    • If on a wait keep the crowd excited and having FUN!!
    • Answer phones, placeto-go orders, and enter them into the POSsystem
    • Inspect and refresh restrooms every 30minutes
    • Respond appropriately to Guest requests. Communicate Guest requests to Server asneeded
    • Assist teammates as needed with food deliveryand bussingtables

    Is This Role For you?
    Hosts at Snooze are...

    • fun, energetic, eager, and a committed team member
    • familiar withbasic knowledge of Snooze service
    • familiarwith POS and iPad systems
    • able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours)
    • able to safely lift and easily maneuver up to 20pounds
    • are at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the US
    • Prior experience recommended, not required
