Job Summary and Qualifications

Job Summary:We areseeking a dynamic Medical Surgical RN to join ourteam.We need a compassionate and reliable RN toprovidecare and treatment to ill, injured, and recovering adults in our patient centered care model.In this role you willbe required to make clinical assessments of situations and manage treatment autonomously.Youwould bepart of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other whileprovidingexcellent care to our patientsin a collaborative manner.

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE:

Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patients health or situation

Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team

Analyze the assessment data todeterminethe diagnosis or issues

Identifyexpected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient and the situation

Act as an advocate for patient safety.

Ensure effective care and use of time, supplies, and equipment.

Educate patientsregardingtheir medications,procedureand treatments, providing patients and their families with support throughout their stay.

Requirements:

Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State ofFlorida,Multistateor able to obtain licensure prior to start isrequired

Nursing Diploma or ASN; BSN preferred.

1 year of RN experience in an Acute Care environment

BLS, (AHA Healthcare provider)requiredprior to start

NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within30 daysof employment start date
