Job DescriptionUnder general supervision, the House Person-Public, will clean and maintain the cleanliness of all public hotel space including but not limited to front entrance, lobby areas, elevators, pool areas, restrooms, service areas, offices, Housekeeping Department and parking garage, ensuring Company standards of cleanliness are met.

Schedule Details:
Our Housekeeping Department operates 7 days per week. Public Area House Housekeeping Team Members will work shifts that range between 7:30am through 6:00pm
Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Sweeps, vacuums and mops assigned area daily.
- Removes rubbish and debris through the shift in assigned areas.
- Cleans and maintains public and team member restrooms to Company standard of cleanliness.
- Dusts furniture and fixtures in assigned areas.
- Use designated chemicals, supplies and equipment to clean surfaces and floors.
- Reports damages and maintenance issues.
- Completes all required company trainings and compliance courses as assigned.
- Adheres to company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Other related duties as assigned.

To fulfill this role successfully, you should possess the following qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience:
- 1-3 months in housekeeping or related experience.
- Able to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Requires the capability to understand and follow both oral and written directions as well as knowledge and usage of correct business English and office practices.
- Able to communicate effectively with others, analyze and resolve problems, maintain effective working relationships, and interact successfully with internal and external customers.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to take initiative and optimally adapt to changes.
- Recognizes an emergency and take appropriate action.
- Able to establish and maintain a cooperative working relation.
- Able to use good judgment, work independently, with minimal direction.
- Able to various duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature, within established timeframes.
- Ability to consistently demonstrate the Spirit of Service by maintaining the highest standards of professionalism when interacting with team members, management, owners and guests.
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- High School diploma or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in the hospitality or timeshare industry.
