Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

As a BCBA, youll have the opportunity to design effective interventions, mentor staff, and collaborate with families to foster positive outcomes.
The Role:
Were seeking a skilled BCBA to oversee treatment plans, guide behavior technicians, and work closely with families to ensure client progress. Your expertise will play a key role in achieving measurable behavioral improvements.
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct FBAs and design evidence-based BIPs.
Supervise and mentor technicians to deliver high-quality services.
Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis.
Partner with caregivers to align therapy goals with family needs.
Ensure thorough documentation of services and outcomes.
Qualifications:
BCBA certification in good standing.
Masters degree in ABA or a related discipline.
Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
