Job Summary

Serves as a point of contact between the guest and the company. Responsible for learning guests' needs in order to provide an exceptional guest experience. Build working relationships with existing and new guests and identifying potential new sales opportunities. The Sales Manager will be tasked with working closely with new guests to understand their needs and provide solutions based on our products and services. This position will have a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at generating leads through cold calling and online sales strategies.

Maintains relationships with existing guests and keeps them informed of products, services, and promotions. Communicates clearly, both verbally and in writing, and has excellent interpersonal skills.

Achieves monthly and quarterly sales quotas by successfully implementing sales strategies and tactics.

Has a positive attitude, is a self-starter, hard worker, and has the ability to set and meet goals. Establishes and maintains close working relationships with guests and teammates at all levels. Often is tasked with attending networking events and trade show booths, this position must be both personable and professional.

Possesses ability to work independently and as a team member. Incorporates safe work practices in job performance. Performs other duties as required.

Mostly 8am to 6pm weekday hours with two Saturdays per month. When working a Saturday shift, a day during the week will be scheduled off.

Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.

Minimum of 18 years of age. Experience in customer service and sales preferred.
