Remote External Audit Senior (NFP/EBP/Gov't)

Compensation: $60 - $70 / hour

Location: Fully Remote Nationwide (WFH)

Duration: 2-3 months with potential to extend

Description:

Beech Valley Solutions is working with multiple clients in need of auditors with public accountingexperience in the Non-For-Profit, Governmental, and Employee Benefits Plans industries. You will be operating within a team to perform substantive procedures and tests of controls.

This remote position pays by the hour, so this is an opportunity for experienced auditors to earn far more than they would as full-time employees through the busy season.

This initial project will last approximately 2-3 months and will require full-time availability during the week.

Responsibilities:

• Work on financial statement audits within an audit engagement team
• Perform substantive procedures and tests of controls, primarily on not-for-profit, governmental, and employee benefit planaudits
• Maintain a great working relationship with clients and team members

Requirements:

• BA/BS in Business with an emphasis in Accounting
• CPA preferred
• Prior experience in assurance at a public accounting firm, at the level of Senior Associate or above
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, supervisory, and customer service skills required
