The Inpatient Joint Unit Nurse will report to the Director of Orthopedics. The Joint Unit Nurse will work with many staff members throughout the facility. This person will participate and collaborate with managers and directors in various departments to patients are treated properly and have optimal continual care.

In this engaged role, the Inpatient Joint Unit Nurse will have knowledge of surgical services and working in the operating room in order to individually assess, diagnose, and implement care plans for each patient. This Joint Center RN will attain competency and knowledge that reflects current nursing practice guidelines, rules, and regulations. Working alongside a team of experienced and engaged nurses, the Joint Unit Nurse will be sure to gain lots of knowledge and support while providing optimal patient care.
