The RN Manager of Operating Room will manage a dedicated team of 40+ FTEs consisting of Registered Nurses, Surgical Technicians, and Nursing Technicians. Cases span multiple specialties including Orthopedics, Spine, and Total Joints.

In this comprehensive role, the Surgical Services Nurse Manager is responsible for budgetary oversight, hiring and firing of staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies, and leading process improvement efforts. The ideal candidate is BSN-prepared and has extensive Operating Room clinical experience.
