The RN Manager Inpatient Behavioral Health will help lead an experienced team through all day to day operations across both Inpatient Pediatric Behavioral Health Unit and CPEP. ThisNurse Manager will assist with department staffing, educational needs, orientation, budgeting, resource management, and ensuring highest quality of patient care delivery. ThisRN Manager will also be responsible for fostering a positive work environment, participating in quality and performance improvement initiatives, and ensuring all hospital, local, state, and federal rules and regulationsare upheld across multiple departments.

Requirements include:

• ActiveNYSRN license
• 3+ yearsof clinical experience in a behavioral health setting (ideally ED and/or Pediatric Behavioral Health)
• previous RN leadership experience (Supervisor, Assistant Nurse Manager, Coordinator, etc.)
