A leading health system in coastal Massachusetts is now searching for an experienced Nurse Manager Emergency Department to join their award-winning healthcare organization.

This system is fully accredited by the Joint Commission, College of American Pathologist, and the American Association of Blood Banks. The Nurse Manager Emergency Department will join a regional leading system that provides a variety of services including cardiovascular, perioperative, oncology, womens health, neurological, and imaging among much more. There are two acute care hospital campuses along with a sub acute location, outpatient surgical suites, and various ambulatory and primary care locations.

Reporting to the Nurse Director, the Nurse Manager Emergency Department will oversee all clinical and administrative operations of the department. This includes personnel management of ~50 FTEs, monitors patient care activities, ensures compliance with all regulatory procedures, leads professional development and quality assurance programs, and promotes an environment of quality healthcare.

Requirements Include:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing BSN
• Registered Nurse RN license in the state of Massachusetts or ability to obtain
• Progressive nursing experience in emergency medicine
