    In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with repairs and maintenance for all agency property, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organization standards.

    What YOULL Do:

    • Assist in the maintenance and general repair of plumbing, air conditioning, heating, appliances and vehicles.
    • Assist with the maintenance of grounds including trimming shrubs, mowing lawns, and snow removal, and ensuring grounds are free of hazards.
    • Collaborate with outside contractors for repair and maintenance of electrical and plumbing equipment, carpentry, painting, alarms, fire sprinklers, and vehicles.
    • Redesign work areas making them more efficient and user friendly while complying with regulatory requirements.
    • Oversee the ordering and maintenance of organization vehicles, including monthly safety checklists, coordinating repairs, follow-up on vehicle accidents, and obtaining rentals when necessary.
    • Participate on the Safety Committee

    SCHEDULE:Days, 40 hours/week, on call 1 weekend a month - flexibility of hours to support maintenance coverage through construction/remodel and campus maintenance needs.

    What YOULL Need:

    • A passion to help others
    • Minimum of one year related work experience
    • HS Diploma or equivalent
    • Ability to adapt and be agile as needed in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities while communicating honestly about any challenges or questions.
    • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
    • Valid drivers license
