Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience is required.

6 months of experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license prior to placement start.

This role may require floating to additional units and locations

COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.

COVID booster required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.

Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.

Additional Details:

Influenza vaccination annuallymust be vaccinated to be in any Client Building during flu season; the beginning and end of flu season will be determined in the sole discretion.

Please list all RTO at time of submission. No additional RTO will be approved after an offer is made. Will only allow 7 days Max of RTO. Candidates will automatically be rejected if they have more than 7 days.

Nurse will be floating between 3 North and 3 West. Floating to other units within scope of practice is also required.

Resume must include EPIC usage for the last 12 months or candidate will not be considered.

Scrub Color: Black

Med-Surg/Tele unit specializing in epilepsy monitoring and medical overflow.

Must be able to draw blood and start IVs.

Nurse will be expected to work as a charge nurse for some shifts.

Maximum days off: 7 days
