    Maintenance Supervisor

    Our client, a leader in automotive manufacturing, is seeking a 2nd shift Maintenance Supervisor to join their team.In this role, you will be responsible for directing maintenance team members and maintaining a physical presence.


    Job Title: Maintenance Technician
    Location:Newton, NC




    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and assist in problem solving in diagnosis of malfunctions with effective and complete disassembly and reassembly of equipment.
    • Identify and locate spare parts from tool crib inventory or through machine manual, and contact through the OEM. Ordering of necessary part, filling out iValua requisitions, determining stock and inventory requirements.
    • Conduct daily shift start up and safety tool box meeting to ensure safe and efficient maintenance operations.
    • Audit the overall quality of work order data and CMMS process. Ensure trades are completing closing and tracking part usage with the correct level of detail in work orders and PMs completed.
    • Manage daily maintenance log of down equipment, equipment waiting on parts, and any non critical issues during assigned shift.


    Requirements
    • 3-5 Years of experience in leadership role within manufacturing environment.
    • Familiarity with maintenance CMMS software and processes.
    • Capable in standard PC based software like Microsoft Office.
