    ThisRN Manager of Transplant Services will join an established team at one of the top acute care hospitals in the area. Responsibilities for this position include directing and coordinating patient care, ensuring quality of care and patient satisfaction to the highest degree, promoting communication among all members of the interdisciplinary teams, manage patient transitions across the continuum of care and help oversee budgeting/cost conscious decisions throughout the transplant institution, spearhead department initiatives and quality measures, as well as ensure hospital, local, state, and federal rules and regulations are upheld.

    This RN Manager will be the face of the Transplant Institute. As one of the top 10 transplant programs in the country, this RN should have a strong background in nursing leadership with experience overseeing quality initiatives, and growing service lines. This Nurse Manager will also need to be extremely professional and approachable, as this role will include an immense amount of communication among units, hospitals, and teams.

    It is important that this RN theirBSN. AnMSNis not required but is strongly preferred, as if previous transplant and/or pediatric critical care experience.
