    Manager Maintenance

    We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join our team for the scheduling of maintenance items, inventory management, overseeing contract labor, manage employees, research and management of projects and other related duties as needed.

    • Responsible for all personnel related functions for maintenance employees including, but not limited to, hiring, firing, and performance appraisals
    • Performs Preventative and/or project maintenance planning
    • Supervision of all maintenance employees and shifts
    • Oversee contractors
    • Inventory management
    • Research and manage projects
    • Acts as an assistant to higher-level maintenance personnel on larger, more complex maintenance activities
    • Ensures that work meets all applicable Health and Safety Standard and Operating Procedures
    • Other duties as assigned

    What Does it Take to Work for Clean Harbors?

    • 5 years of leadership experience
    • 5 years plant maintenance experience in one of the following areas preferred: preventative maintenance, installations, welding, electrical, pipefitting, heavy equipment mechanics, hydraulics, I&E
    • Inventory and purchase ordering experience
    • Familiar with compliance and regulations
    • Strong computer skills
    • Ability to meet physical demands of the position, including movements such as lifting, bending, reaching, climbing, and the manipulating and handling of objects
