JOB SUMMARY: As a PRN Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will:

• Prepares patients for scans of particular organs to provide diagnostic information.
• Operates equipment to produce images and measures concentration of radioactive isotopes in specified body areas.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS/PREFERENCES:

-Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Technology program

-Provides evidence of continuing education as required to maintain licensure

-Current Maryland licensure; CPR certification and either NMTCB or ARRT registration

-Previous experience in a healthcare setting desirable.

SHIFT: PRN/On-Call, Rotating schedule. Candidate must be able to cover call thoughout the week, as well as provide weekend & holiday coverage.
