This hybrid role will require at least two days per week at our Oakdale, MN, office.

How you will spend your days as an A/P Shared Services Supervisor :- Supervise a team of AP Associates and AP Leads.
- Oversees reports regarding cash flow; ensures correct payments are made in a timely manner.
- Analyzes expense reports and other invoices for accuracy and eligibility for payment.
- Reconciles accounts payable total and general ledger with other applicable records (e.g., subsidiary vendors ledger).
- Review bi-weekly time sheets.
- Audit monthly expense reports.
- Ensure expense reports comply with company policy.
- Review monthly P-card transactions.
- Maintain SOP's and ensure all divisions follow them.
- Assist in internal and external audits.
- Process annual 1099's.
- Ensures proper maintenance, filing, and storage of records in case of audits.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

We want you to join the team if you can check these boxes:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (preferred but not required).
- 3-5 years of related work with supervisory experience.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Thorough understanding of accounts payable functions.
- Excellent supervisory and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to motivate staff.
