Reporting to the Director ofOperating Room, theAssistant DirectorPerioperativeServices will join a large (500+ bed) non-profit facility offering great resources and career growth opportunities. This hospital system has longstanding connections within their community and are committed toproviding excellenthealthcare services to those who need them the most.

In this role, the Assistant DirectorPerioperativeServiceswill provide supervision to the Operating Room Nurse Manager, PerioperativeNurse Supervisors, OR educator, andOR staff. The PerioperativeServicesAssistant Director will conduct staff evaluations, spearhead professional development initiatives, ensure compliance of standards set by the facility, and take charge of short and long-term projects for the unit. TheAssistant DirectorPerioperativeServices will also assist the Director of SurgicalServices in managing the department's budget and additional administrative duties when needed.
