An award-winning acute care hospital located in central Vermont is now searching for an experienced Surgical Services Nurse Educator to join their accredited healthcare team.

Reporting to the Director of Education, the Surgical Services Nurse Educator will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive clinical education program. The Nurse Educator will work with the surgical nursing leadership teams to ensure educational and training coverage for the pre-admission, operating room, and post-operative care teams. This department currently operates 5 state-of-the-art operating rooms.

Requirements Include:

• Bachelors degree in Nursing BSN
• Registered Nurse RN license in the state of Vermont
• Expert knowledge of surgical nursing and educational program development
