Avera is currently seeking a Supervisor - Registered Nurse (RN) Nursing Site looking to deliver the best possible nursing care in Averas patient-focused settings.

Job Summary:
- Assists the clinic manager, clinic director and facility provider with administrative duties as assigned.
- Assists in the examination and treatment of patients following established standards and practices as directed by the provider and his/her supervising physician.
Experience & Licensure/Certification
- Eligible for or currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in South Dakota.
- Certification in the following required: BLS/CPR certification is mandatory within 6 months of employment. Completion of the Avera Limited X-Ray Machine Operation (LXMO) program within 2 years of employment; Breath Alcohol Technician; Drug Screen Collections within one month of employment. Additional certifications specific to department needs will be required throughout employment.
- Previous working experience in a clinic environment required, preferably Urgent Care. Occupational medicine, emergency, surgical, family practice or internal medicine acceptable.
- Must be competent in phlebotomy skills, and highly proficient in computer skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
Work Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, occas wknd/hol; 80hrs/2wks
