    We have a new position open at our Hague Road Innovation & Technology Center on the NE side of Indianapolis for a Warehouse Coordinator. Responsibilities include:
    • Utilization of internal tracking system; maintain inventory level and item location
    • Material handling; raw material delivery and assist with equipment logistics
    • Assist with carwash equipment logistics; to and from shop facility to the job site
    • Daily communication with third party logistic companies, vendors, and internal team members
    • Ensure that all Crew quality control standards are met and parts are properly fitted.
    • Shop/Warehouse cleanliness and organization.
    • Display good time management and prioritization skills.
    • Utilize Crew email and other software tools to communicate with team.
    • Adhere to all Crew and machine safety standards.
    • Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
    • Maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready area.
    • Promptly unloads trucks and deliveries and sorts and stocks receivables.
    • Maintains an accurate log sheet of daily moves, scanning inventory, and counting accurately.
    • Engages with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.
    Work schedule is Mon-Fri, 7-4, 40 hours per week
