The Director of Professional Services (for Home Health) reports to the Branch Administrator with a dotted line to the Senior Director of Professional Services. Directs the clinical activities of the agency; plans and evaluates professional health services; implements and monitors compliance with rules and regulations of Federal and State regulatory agencies and accreditation requirements; directs branch quality assessment performance improvement (QAPI) programs; reviews and evaluates treatment plans for all patients served; provides role modeling of team work, accountability and a positive attitude; currently licensed as an RN; and demonstrates a management ability with an interdisciplinary team and other health care providers with a minimum of 2 years Skilled Home Health experience and 1 year Leadership experience.

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
• Currently licensed RN in good standing in the state(s) in which he/she will practice
• 2 years home health experience and a minimum of 1year of leadership experience.
• Must have an empathetic attitude toward the sick, elderly, handicapped, terminal, dependent, or disable patient in the home setting
