Area Manager - Madison, WI

CleanPower, Wisconsins leading commercial cleaning contractor, has an opportunity for an experienced manager to oversee multiple accounts in the Madisonarea. This is primarily a2ndshift position, but requires some flexibility.

Salary:$50K plus a MonthlyCar Allowance!

Will cover the following Territories:Madison Area

Job duties include:

• Oversight of the daily maintenance of the facilities
• Direct supervision of the cleaning staff
• Initial and ongoing training of staff
• Ordering supplies
• Managing labor and supply budgets
• Conducting quality control inspections
• Developing and maintaining professional working relationships with building contacts

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Min 2years of management experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Janitorial or other service related background
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
