A leading acute-care hospital located in central Vermont is now searching for an experienced Manager Hospital Security to join their accredited healthcare team.

Reporting to the Director Support Services, the Manager will lead the daily operations of the Hospital Security department. The Manager is responsible for developing and monitoring department procedures and policies, collaborates with hospital leadership teams, develops and modifies security strategies, provides oversight to on-campus projects, serves as a liaison between the hospital and local law enforcement, and works to support the organization's mission, vision, and values.

What Makes You Awesome:

• Bachelors degree in law enforcement, criminal justice, or healthcare admin
• Completion of International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety
• Prior working experience in a leadership capacity
