The Intensive Care Unit RN Nurse Manager will work closely with staff, patients and nursing leadership. The Nurse Manager will become a valued member of this prestigious Health System. They will manage the unit's day to day operations, promote a positive working environment, facilitate optimal nursing care, provide competencies, mentor staff, and adhere to all state and federal regulations. The ICU Nursing Unit RN Manager will report to the Nurse Director.

The Nurse Manager should be BSN prepared and have 3+ years of progressive hospital leadership experience, preferably in Critical Care. The Intensive Care Unit RN Nurse Manager should be strong clinically as well as able to lead a successful team. They must be knowledgeable about regulations, standards, policies and procedures, and trends.
