    An acute care hospital in Maryland is actively recruiting for an Emergency Services Assistant Nurse Manager to join their nursing team.

    Reporting to the Nurse Manager Emergency Services, the Assistant Nurse Manager will join the Emergency Services team. Responsibilities of the Assistant Nurse Manager Emergency Services include overseeing day-to-day operations of the Emergency Department that sees over 50,000 annual visits, acting as the department resource, staff scheduling, conducting new-hire interviews, ensuring regulatory compliance, and assisting new-hire and ongoing department education initiatives.

    The Assistant Nurse Manager Emergency Services should be a seasoned nurse with previous management experience and a clinical background working in a fast paced Emergency Department or Trauma Center. The Assistant Nurse Manager Emergency is eager to lead, educate, and mentor a nursing team.
