Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

24 months of role experience is required.

12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience is required.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a Missouri license or compact license prior to placement start.

This role will require floating to multiple units

Travel and Local candidates are eligible to apply for this role.

Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.

Additional Details:

Med-Surg experience is required, Neuro preferred but not required

Pulmonary/Neuro unit

In addition to Pulmonary/Stroke patients, we get generally neurology: TIAs, seizures, migraines, altered mental status. We also house the hospitals Acute Withdrawal Management Program so we have patients going through alcohol or opioid withdrawal. Soon we will be housing the incarcerated patients. The rest of the beds are filled with general medical patients.

Flexible contract length - 8-26 weeks

Flexible Guaranteed Hours - 36 or 48 hours

Blocked Scheduling to include every other weekend or every weekend

No specific block is approved

RTO of 5 days or less, must make up the week on the back end

Holiday RTO approved based on availability

If requesting any of the above, it must be listed on Mercy Submission Form

Maximum days off: 10 days

2 references from last 12 months (Any reference type)

Drivers license required

Certifications:
