    POSITION TITLE
    Internship Development Program Customer Technology Intern

    THE PROGRAM
    Enacts Internship Program provides an excellent opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in achieving business results while developing technical and professional skills. Enact invests time, energy, and resources to create a worthwhile summer experience. Interns work on meaningful business projects, but beyond that, they network directly with leaders throughout the company (all the way up to the CEO), attend teambuilding events with their internship cohort, connect with the community through volunteer opportunities, and attend professional development workshops. Its a unique experience that helps interns develop a network of peers and mentors who act as a constant source of engagement and guidance both during and after the summer.

    YOUR ROLE
    In addition to the multiple weekly events attended by all interns, youll work alongside industry experts for a 12-week internship beginning May 13, 2024. You will be part of the Customer Technology team within the Customer Solutions group. You will be responsible for (1) developing a strong knowledge of the mortgage fintech space (2) developing relationships with key Enact leaders and external technology vendors (3) testing and validating API connections (4) developing commercialization and sales training tools.

    Responsibilities include:
    Develop relationships with key Enact leaders to learn and understand the mortgage insurance industry.
    Collaborate with customer solutions leaders and SMEs to understand business goals and needs.
    Assist with testing and validation of new and current API and JSON integrations.
    Create commercialization process flow maps using Vizio and other tools.
    Develop a new sales training guide for Customer Technology.
    Assist with click-fee management and reporting for vendors.
    Assist with IT ticket reporting and analyze current results and recommend potential solutions. Present results and recommendations to stakeholders.
    Learn MISMO standards and how they apply to customer technology.
    Learn key mortgage fintech solutions and software products, including Loan Origination System (LOS), Products and Pricing Engine (PPE), and Point of Sale (POS) mortgage market and how they interact with the mortgage insurance industry.

    YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
    Current sophomore or junior
    Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
    Desire to work in the insurance, banking, or financial services industries
    Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
    Some experience with XML, JSON, or APIs
    Some experience with data analytics and visualization tools like Tableau a plus
