The Surgery Center Director of Nursing will be joining a Same Day Surgery Center that provides a wide range of same-day surgical services includingOphthalmology, Ortho, Pain Management,Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Reconstructive, and more. TheSurgery Center Nurse Manager will supervise the OR staff consisting of Registered Nurses, physicians, charge nurses, technicians, CNORs, and other healthcare professionals. This advanced surgery center is home to three Operating Rooms and one Procedure Room. The Director of Nursing will report to the Surgery Center Administrator.

Responsibilities as theDirector of Nursing include oversight of staff, surgery scheduling, fostering a collaborative environment, and will serve as the primary point of contact for the outpatient surgery center staff and patients. Experience in Surgical Services leadership and a hands-on coaching style will make for quick interview requests!
