Experience:

12 months of role experience is preferred.

This role may require floating to additional units and locations

Candidates must live at least 60 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.

COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Please be expected to float between Avista, Longmont, St. Anthony North, St. Anthony, and Ortho CO as this is a requirement for Centura Health.

HS/GED is required.

Float Requirements: Floating may be required to any Centura location within sixty (60) miles of the original assignment location or Centura-identified float zone. Float assignments may include duties outside of original assignment job requirements (including skill set) in accordance with Centura policy.

License/Certifications Requirements:

ARDMS - registered RDMS(OB/GYN) or (AB) or (BR);

or ARRT registered R.T.(S)(ARRT) or R.T.(S)(BS) (ARRT)ARDMS registered RVT(VT) or ARRT registered - R.T.(S)(VS)(ARRT);

or ARDMS registered RDCS(AE) or (PE) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (RCS)
