    Title:

    Customer Success Manager

    Location:

    Madison, WI or Remote

    Summary:

    The Customer Success Manager reports to the SVP Customer Success and will maintain and develop the business relationships with our new and existing client base, including health plans, healthcare providers and third-party partners. The Customer Success Manager's goals will be focused on customer happiness, retention, and revenue growth. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for understanding their customer's goals, strategizing with their customers on how to achieve their goals, and ensuring a smooth delivery of committed solutions and services to maximize the value clients receive.

    Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the consistent point of contact throughout the entire customer journey for a dedicated group of clients
    • Drive retention and growth among our most valuable customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed
    • Identify and drive upsell opportunities
    • Maintain a cadence of communicating with customers reviewing their data
    • Represent the voice of the customer to inform our sales process and product roadmap

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client facing role managing delivery of technology/software solutions preferably in the Health/Tech domain
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing accounts or conducting inside sales in the Healthcare industry
    • Healthcare industry domain expertise, including robust knowledge of at least one of the following: value-based care, electronic medical records, quality programs, health information management, and/or insurance markets (Commercial, Medicare and/or Medicaid)
    • Competitive, goal oriented with the ability to think strategically and operate within a fast-pace growing business
    • Persuasive communication style with an ability to communicate clearly and effectively via phone, internet, and in person
    • Enthusiastic, team player with an ability to build strong relationships across all stakeholders

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in related field of study, required
