Responsibilities of Our Next Dispatcher:
- Learn the business and gain proficiency in scheduling.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience by communicating detailed and accurate information to our field technicians.
- Work independently with a focus on quality.
- Participate in daily huddles and training to foster professional growth.
- Keep customers informed throughout the day about the technicians progress.
- Participate in an on-call rotation, allowing you to choose your days of the month and earn extra cash effortlessly.
Requirements for Our Next Dispatcher:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in dispatching is required.
- Scheduling experience is preferred.
- Prior experience in residential home services is a plus.
- Proficient computer skills; strong typing ability; familiarity with phone systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Capable of handling challenging situations with ease and empathy.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities.
