    Overview:

    We are looking for a Branch Director of AIM (Advanced Illness Management) - NP/RN to join our team in Charleston, SC. This position will directly report to the VP of Palliative Care and is responsible for the overall clinical and financial operations of the Advanced Illness Management Program. Establish, implement, and evaluate goals and objectives for advanced illness management that meet and promote high standards of quality clinical care and sound financial success.

    About You:
    • Registered Nurse with Home Health, Hospice and/or Palliative Care Experience preferred
    • Bachelors Degree in Nursing, Business Administration or related field; or equivalent experience and knowledge in Health Care Operations required.
    • Masters degree in business or related field preferred.
    • Minimum of 2 years health care administration/operations management required
    • Certified in Hospice and Palliative Care - preferred
    • Prior experience with budgetary responsibilities including budget development and monitoring required.
    • Understanding of Medicare/Medicaid, Commercial insurance billing and reimbursement, and value based care.
    • Must have and maintain reliable transportation to be used for work. Must have and maintain current automobile insurance and valid drivers license.
