    Assistant Nurse Manager Emergency Services

    An acute care hospital in North Carolina is actively recruiting for an Assistant Nurse Manager Emergency Services to join their nursing team.

The Assistant Nurse Manager Emergency Services will work at a 400+ bed acute care hospital located in North Carolina that is known for being one of the busiest acute care hospitals in the state. This acute care hospital is continually recognized for their women services, fast-paced emergency department and extensive surgical services department. The Assistant Nurse Manager Emergency Services will work alongside world-class providers and specialists all focused on delivering exceptional, quality care to patients throughout the state.

    Reporting to the Manager of Emergency Services, the Assistant Nurse Manager will join the Emergency department to oversee the fast-paced Emergency Department. Responsibilities of the Assistant Nurse Manager Emergency Services include overseeing day-to-day operations, acting as the department resource, staff scheduling, conducting new-hire interviews, ensuring regulatory compliance, and assisting new-hire and ongoing department education initiatives.

    The Assistant Nurse Manager Emergency Services should be a seasoned nurse with previous management experience and a clinical background working in an Emergency department. The Assistant Nurse Manager Emergency Services is eager to lead, educate, and mentor a nursing team.

    The Nurse Educator Emergency Services will work at a state of the art hospital that is located in a city of North Carolina recognized as the City of Oaks. The ED Clinical Education Specialist will also enjoy weekend trips to Myrtle Beach and Virginia Beach.
