The Nurse Manager NICU will oversee a 40+ bed state-of-the-art, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit recognized for providing one of the highest levels of specialized care. The Nurse Manager NICU will be supported by a team of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurses, Technicians, and ancillary staff who are very familiar with working in Level III, Level IIIB, and Level IV NICU departments. Responsibilities of the Nurse Manager Neonatal Intensive Care Unit NICU include operational workflow, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, staff scheduling and assignments, payroll, conflict resolution, and mentoring new-hires, residents, and current clinical and non-clinical staff. The Nurse Manager Neonatal Intensive Care Unit NICU will also be accountable for ensuring regulatory compliance, updating policy procedures, and assisting with new and existing quality performance improvement initiatives.

The ideal Nurse Manager Neonatal Intensive Care Unit NICU will have recent clinical experience in an Level III or Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit NICU. Additionally, this individual will hold their BSN, have previous clinical leadership experience and be passionate about nursing.
