Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - Surgical Tech - CVOR

Shift: Days / 6:45a-5:15p (10x4) 40 hours per week, Weekends required

Length: 13 weeks

On-call Requirements: 7P-6:30A 1 week day per week, 1 weekend Saturday/Sunday 24/7 call

Requirements:

• 1 year experience
• Previous OR Experience required
• Previous CVOR Experience required
  
• HS Diploma/GED required Completion of an approved Surgical Technician program required
  
• Certification as a Tech in Surgery (CST) from the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT)
• AHA BLS
• Basic Computer skills required
  

COVID-19 Initial Shot(s)

All workers, including remote, must be fully vaccinated.

Fully vaccinated is defined as 2 weeks after the completion date of a

o 1 or 2 dose monovalent vaccine series, or

o 1 dose bivalent vaccine

Exemption for Medical or Religious are reviewed by the client and must be completed using the Centura COVID Exemption form located in Egnyte.

Pfizer, Moderna, J&J, AstraZeneca and all World Health Organization accepted vaccine manufacturers are acceptable

Pay rate is estimated based on weekly gross income.

Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).

Estimated Weekly Rate: $2160 per week
